What DentDesk is

DentDesk helps you find dental clinics in Bangladesh and ask them for an appointment. We are not a clinic and we do not provide dental care or medical advice. Your care, and any advice about it, comes from the clinic you choose.

Requesting an appointment

Sending a request is not a confirmed booking. The clinic decides whether to accept it, and the time is only fixed once they confirm. Please give accurate contact details — a clinic that cannot reach you cannot confirm your slot.

Fees

DentDesk does not charge patients to search or to request an appointment. Any fee shown on a listing is the clinic's own, is indicative, and is payable to the clinic. Your final bill is a matter between you and the clinic.

Listings and reviews

Clinic profiles — services, hours, photos and fees — are supplied and maintained by the clinics themselves. We check the BMDC registration numbers doctors give us, but we do not independently verify every detail of a listing. Reviews shown on the site come from patients who booked and attended through the platform.

Emergencies

Do not use DentDesk for a medical emergency. If you need urgent care, contact emergency services or go to a hospital.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false booking requests, attempt to access another person's or another clinic's data, or interfere with the service. We may block access where this happens.

For clinics

Clinics using DentDesk to manage patients are responsible for the accuracy of their listing and for the clinical records they keep, including handling patient information lawfully and only letting their own staff see it.
